This is just a reminder to let folks know that on March 6th, the complete first season of Transformers: Prime will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray Disc! What does this mean for Joe fans? Well, perhaps if sales are brisk enough for Transformers: Prime that means something good down the pipe for a potential G.I. Joe: Renegades… maybe I’m reaching at straws, but I’ll take that chance.
I’ll be reviewing the Season boxed set closer to release, but until then, check out these great clips that have been posted online! I actually really enjoy Transformers: Prime, and hopefully some attention on this boxed set will motivate Shout! Factory and Hasbro to get something similar done for G.I. Joe: Renegades. We’ll see. Toy Fair is over a week past, and some video interviews are still emerging from the floor of the Hasbro showroom. This time around, Cinema Blend talks to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Adrianne Palicki, and D.J. Cotrona.

Another very cool update for the upcoming G.I. Joe: Initiate fanfilm! Last week and this week they posted two new cast images, this time for Tunnel Rat and Chuckles. The actors are really looking their part, and things are looking very high end.
I love how Chuckles image has a bit of a Cobra flair, like he might already be an undercover operative…
But as I said before, this great looking fan film needs our help. They need to get gas for the actor’s cars, get them meals…and whatever profit they make goes straight to the Wounded Warriors charity.
They are currently hovering just about 50% of their goal, but we need to step up and do what we can to push them over. Check out their Kickstarter page to help them out and keep up to date with the latest and greatest G.I. Joe: Initiate information at their Facebook page.
So, I can’t give a rundown on this particular episode, because I wasn’t part of the action this time around. Toy Fair coverage and being on the road for work all week long took their toll, and I let the other guys handle the heavy lifting. But it’s okay, they had a lot of help!

In the second half we play another edition of Stump Chuck as Chuck takes on the Ladies in Joe Trivia. Listen as Joe passions, or lack there of erupt into a frustrated Chuck. It’s OK Chuck, you continue to be a good sport and the ladies liked it, we know Herb did!
