I absolutely cannot say enough for my site visitors. I have a couple of guys in the UK who absolutely went above and beyond to bring us these reports. Dave Tree talked about the footage he saw a little over a week ago, and now Russ Sheath has taken considerable time and effort to do this write up for GeneralsJoes as well. They get no payment for this, they do it because they enjoy the site and they want G.I. Joe fans to get an idea of what to expect when June 29th comes.
I feel extremely honored that they would choose GeneralsJoes as a place to post this information, and cannot thank them enough. Fantastic, fantastic coverage.
Russ is a regular contributor to Aint it Cool News, and he sent them one screening report, and then wrote up a specific post geared towards Joe fans for GeneralsJoes as well. Awesome. Russ and Dave, you guys are both awesome.
This screening report encompasses about 10 minutes of footage, and could be considered rich spoiler material, so tread forward with caution. There is a LOT of detail here, and Russ went through a ton of work, so hopefully folks can read it through, enjoy it, and get a good idea of what to expect come June 29th. I know I am extremely excited.

Okay, consider this rumor mill material at the moment, but it’s a rumor I’m leaning towards believing.
I think over the past few weeks we’ve seen plenty of Retaliation images leaked on StarkIndustries.ru. While nobody seems to know exactly where this site originated, they certainly seem to have the connections to get these images before the mainstream sites.
Well, again, thanks to toycollector962 who passed on the word… the Twitter account for StarkIndustries.ru reports that a new G.I. Joe: Retaliation trailer is hitting April 25th. They Tweeted the following information about it:
“Watched new G.I. JOE trailer. More dialogue, less Seven Nation Army. One epic scene.”
And they also Tweeted the following:
“Studio requested to remove GI JOE posters which were leaked earlier today by Paramount Mexico on local sites. Trailer is coming on April 25”
Should we take that as official gospel? No. But judging by their track record, and the fact that a new trailer was listed to the Alberta film ratings website, I’d say the information is probably reliable. More information as it develops!

I haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere yet, so figured it was too cool to pass up.
Big thanks to reader Carlos who sends along a photograph of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Roadblock uniform from G.I. Joe: Retaliation! Featuring some great camouflage and the familiar “Battle Kata” vest we now recognize, this is a pretty neat close up look of the uniform he’ll be wearing in parts of the film.

It’s a tradition unlike any other! No, not the Daytona 500 itself, the dissection of the latest G.I. Joe: Retaliation trailer or TV spot via screencap gallery!
Like all the other trailers and TV spots, I ran this one through the ole software and pulled apart lots of great screen grabs, so big thanks to HissTank.com for uploading in HD! Not a whole lot of new stuff. Some clearer images (compared to yesterday’s TV spot) and a few new details. Love the shot of the Ripsaw jumping into the air. Also love the little touch like what appears to be a Cobra logo lapel pin on the Secret Service Agent who Colton is whipping the ass of. Little attentions to detail like that are very cool.
Also a scene with Zartan as The President possibly talking to…the REAL president? Tough to tell, but almost seems like it. Good stuff. Check out the images below, and as always, these will be mirrored on the G.I. Joe: Retaliation SuperPage.
