Updated JoeCon Images – Pursuit of Cobra for 2011

Wow.  You know, I thought the 2010 Pursuit of Cobra product looked pretty bad ass.  Turned out I hadn’t seen anything yet.  Holy crap.
The figures they showed us today are simply in SANE.  Yes, it’s another Destro.  Yes, it’s another Duke, and another Snake Eyes, and yes, even another Storm Shadow.  But these figures absolutely ROCK.
Plus…  Low Light.  Awesomeness.  A perfect blend of the 25th Anniversary style with the Pursuit of Cobra design aesthetic.  And hell!  Desert Scorpion, too.  Jeez!  Fantastic looking figures.  Check out the image flood below.

The only major down side with the Pursuit of Cobra is that it ends in Spring, 2011, to be replaced by the Renegades toyline in Fall, 2011.  Still, I’m going to enjoy the ride while it lasts!

Better box images revealed for Pursuit of Cobra Mech Suits

Big thanks to Wild Weasel from The Terror Drome who managed to dig up some auctions on eBay featuring images of the upcoming Pursuit of Cobra Mech Suits!  While I try to avoid revealing the overseas “gray market” auctions, when new images are a part of the package, I’m all in.
Check out the great box images below for the Steel Marauder w/ Kickstart, and the Cobra Deviant w/ Cyber-Viper!

Pursuit of Cobra SuperPage minor adjustments

A few folks have kindly let me know that my G.I. Joe: Pursuit of Cobra SuperPage was a just a little bit out of whack, so I’ve cleaned it up some.  I added a link to the old SuperPage, so folks can compare and contrast with what got phased out, and see how things have changed for 2010.
Also, due to some brain numbness on my part, I forgot to put in the two Mech Suits, so I added them as well.
Check out the adjusted page right here.  It’ll be interesting to see how much it changes after the Con next week!
