GeneralsJoes Reviews IDW G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero 188

With all of the excitement surrounding IDW’s big G.I. Joe relaunch, a title has been a little lost in the shuffle, mostly because it’s the one title that isn’t changing at all.  That’s right, 188 issues into it and still going strong, Larry Hama and SL Gallant’s G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero hits us this Wednesday (that’s today!)  in comic stores everywhere, and as we’ve come to expect every month, does a terrific job continuing on the legacy of a Real American Hero.

Check out the full review after the jump.  Be warned… spoilers afoot!

GeneralsJoes goes back in time and reviews pre-production City Strike Scarlett

First and foremost, big thanks to Glumby who so kindly gave me access to this very rare and highly sought after pre-production piece!  As we all know there isn’t enough G.I. Joe: Retaliation product for me to push forward on these daily reviews for the next 24 days, so I’m getting a little creative here.

Initially I had asked for the figure so I could do a comparison shot for my FSS Jinx review, but since I had it…  again, thanks to Glumby for the assist!

You can check out the review in my Pursuit of Cobra Review Page (in the “pre-production section) or at the direct link below:

GeneralsJoes reviews G.I. Joe: Retaliation Cobra Invasion Trooper

The Road to Retaliation marches on!  Single packs are all caught up, and with this review I’m now all caught up on the 3 Packs as well.  So, what comes next?  I guess I’ll leave that as a little surprise.

GeneralsJoes Reviews G.I. Joe: Retaliation “Cobra Invasion” Storm Shadow

So, here’s another Storm Shadow.  My first Storm Shadow since the infamous “one star” event from a week or so ago.  Will this one fare any better?  Would I really run another potential bad review to round off our work week?  You’ll have to check out my G.I. Joe: Retaliation Page or just hit the link below.

And if that review depresses you, don’t forget, I already reviewed the “Cobra Invasion” Firefly a couple of months ago!  That ones a lot happier.

GeneralsJoes Reviews G.I. Joe: Retaliation “Tactical Ninja” Snake Eyes

As most of you hopefully remember, I got a chance to review two out of the three “Tactical Ninja” boxed set figures a few months ago.  Well, now that this set has finally hit retail, I was able to finally round off that three pack with Snake Eyes!

Snake Eyes is…well, sort of a conundrum.  He’s got a fantastic mix of different really great parts.  But when you bring all of those great parts together, the result isn’t especially captivating or cohesive.  You’ll have to check out my G.I. Joe: Retaliation Review page for the full details, or just click the link below.

As an added bonus, I also added some details to my Agent Mouse review now that the final version is out, there were some added pictures and information that I wanted to get into the review.  You can click that link below as well.

GeneralsJoes Reviews the G.I. Joe: Retaliation Ninja Combat Cruiser

We’re still in vehicle mode at the review desk here at GeneralsJoes, but we’ve gone up in scale!  Graduating from the Bravo level Tread Ripper tank from yesterday, today we jump into the Delta class with the Ninja Combat Cruiser!  Or if you choose to burn all of the Arashikage symbols instead of applying them, I suppose it could just be the “Combat Cruiser”.
