Anyone who hasn’t been listening to the Full Force podcast is doing themselves a disservice. They’ve been right on top of the latest G.I. Joe news and bringing some really fun stuff to the podcast world.
Just over the past few days, they’ve posted a couple of different news bursts, including a great interview with Hasbro designer Bobby Vala talking specifically about his work on the G.I. Joe Collectors’ Club Figure Subscription Service 8.0 as well as other G.I. Joe oriented product.
Also, I joined Chris and Erik from Boss Fight Studio to talk about recent rumors surrounding G.I. Joe “Ever Vigilant” (if that is it’s real name). Some good stuff and considering the relative dearth of G.I. Joe news, they manage to be relevant, entertaining, and just plain fun.
The Full Force has posted Series 4, Episode 9 of their awesome podcast, this time featuring a plethora of content about Transformers! They speak to former Hasbro Transformers and G.I. Joe manager Marc Weber and dig into the awesomeness that is Transformers lore for a solid NINE HOURS.
It’s bound to be some good listenin’! Check out the latest episode on Podbean (also embedded below and be sure to check out the show notes on the Full Force Facebook page, they always have a ton of images and great details straight from the show.
Honestly, though, I’m not especially surprised. Yes, Visionaries was a flash in the plan line at retail, but it was a line full of rich mythology, scores of awesome unreleased product, and what we saw on store shelves was just the tip of a vast, underwater iceberg of awesome potential. I, for one, am thrilled that the guys at Full Force devoted eight solid hours to an episode on discussing the Visionaries brand. It deserves this and more!
The podcast guys talk to a ton of talent related to Visionaries including Buzz Dixon himself, Steve and David Mapes from TheVisionaries.net including a deep dive into the vault of unseen Visionaries content. Some really awesome stuff crammed into this episode.
Everyone will remember where they were the day The Full Force dropped a six hour marathon podcast on unsuspecting toy fans everywhere. Stuffed to the gills with MASK intel back to front, this fantastic podcast features interviews with Brandon Easton (writer of IDW’s MASK comic), Doug Stone (the voice actor behind the MASK of Matt Trakker) and a metric ton of other MASK content (as well as the latest G.I. Joe news from yours truly).
In all seriousness, this is a great episode with lots of excellent toy insight and it’s one you do NOT want to miss. Check it out on Podbean or embedded below, and make sure you’re hitting up The Full Force on Facebook for all of the latest news and updates!
The beautiful gentlemen behind the Full Force podcast have graced us with their dulcet tones for another thrilling episode! They take a look back at the latest G.I. Joe news and spend some time with Derryl DePriest himself discussing Micronauts and a debrief on the first inaugural HasCon.
This is a FOUR HOUR marathon that you simply must listen to to believe. Great stuff from The Full Force. Check out the show notes on their Facebook page, or hit up the show itself on their Podbean Page (also embedded below).
