Man, I just can’t watch these enough. Totally rocking. Checking out these trailers and tv spots while tooling around with action figures that look like they were pulled straight from the screen… awesome!
tkprime over on his Facebook page has uploaded a brand new TV Spot that he saw on Cartoon Network last night. It uses mostly the same footage, but with some more editing, a few more cool shots of Scarlett (who definitely looks to be the girl riding the motorcycle who gets wiped out) and some other Accelerator Suit goodness.
More sites are finally reporting in about the G.I. Joe logo-emblazoned black helicopter that was spotted in various beaches around the country this past weekend, and PublicAdCampaign.com actually got some video!
He’s been fairly elusive the first few days of release, but the single pack version of General Hawk is out there, and Smokescreen from One-18th.com has him! Not only does he have him, but he posted a kick ass review of the figure as well, with all sorts of awesome images. You can check out the review at his site, and I’ve hosted a few of his images below. More can be found directly at the source.
Alexx of JoeBattleLines has come through again with some of his typical action shots for the recently released Accelerator Suit Ripcord and Storm Shadow. Both of these figures are fairly common and well known at this point, but as always, Alexx finds some very cool ways to showcase them! Check out the thread links and image galleries below.
I haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere, but apparently this past weeked at the Jersey Shore, there was a very interesting G.I. Joe “viral” marketing push. According to ScarletScribe of LatinoReview, a sleek black helicopter hovered over the water, dropping a diver from a dive line…and when the helicopter turned slightly, the G.I. Joe logo was visible on the underside of it.
How cool is that? Check out the entire article here.
