Ghosts: Episode 12 is live!

Episode Twelve is up!  I know it’s been a while, and I appreciate everyone’s patience.  Unfortunately the content of the chapter itself doesn’t seem to warrant such a long lead time, as it’s mostly just talking heads, but it leads into a couple of interesting twists, so hopefully in the long run this will find it’s place.

Expect an Epilogue in 2-3 weeks that will be a bit “splashier” than this last installment of Ghosts, and I think once Darkness Falls cranks up (whenever that might be…it’s going to be a long process) everything will be worth the wait.

Thanks again!  Let me know any feedback as always.

A note about Ghosts

Just wanted to give folks an update.  Now that I have the new camera, I’ve wrapped up shooting for the final installment of Ghosts (Episode 12).  I do want to warn folks, though, that it’s pretty much a “bridge” episode from Ghosts to Darkness Falls, and there isn’t a whole lot of action in it.  There will be an epilogue posted in a couple of weeks that has a bit more “flash” to it, but just didn’t want folks to be let down when this gets posted this weekend.

I’m also considering if there’s anything I should do between Ghosts and Darkness Falls.  DF is a BIG story…it’s sort of the culmination of my dio-story career, so it is going to take a looooong time to produce it.  So if anyone has any ideas, let me know.  Just keep in mind, any time I devote to an “in between” story will take time away from DF itself.  😉

Thanks to everyone for their patience.  I’ve got a neat surprise in mind for the production of Darkness Falls that I’m hoping people will enjoy.

The Making of a Dio-Story pt 1 – The Script

So I gave folks the chance to choose what they wanted me to talk about first when it comes to the long, complex process of making a dio-story.  Overwhelmingly, people wanted to see the scripting/storyboarding process, which of course, is one of the more complex parts of producing these works of fiction.  I will do my best to outline the long road I take between concept and production for these stories, and hopefully some folks find it entertaining, useful, or maybe even both.
