Over on the GeneralsJoes Facebook Page I posted a ton of images from the Boss Fight Studio booth featuring some great looks at upcoming products from Series 2 as well as Wave 7 of Series 1. Along with this, there’s also the first look at “VI” the artificial intelligence construct from the Vitruvian space craft. Some great stuff to see here at GraniteCon! I know not everyone is on Facebook so check out the gallery below.

Pre-Order the Blanks at BossFightShop – Either Female or Male!
While fans of Vitruvian HACKS wait patiently for the fifth wave of Greek Mythology figures to hit, Boss Fight Studio is continuing to release more product, most recently a new color of Blank figures, Green. Unlike some of the other selections, there doesn’t appear to be any fancy names for this color, it’s just flat out “green” but that’s okay, it’s the figure itself that’s the shining point.
As with all previous blanks, there are female and male selections of this green color, and the design expertise of Boss Fight Studio continues to be at play with the shade of green they use here. It’s a rich and vibrant color, perfect for any number of customs, whether you want to add another Gorgon to your roster, or consider developing some new Emerald Knights to your super hero shelf.
There are some great color combinations available with the green blanks as there are with many others, including black and the Unearthly Green, which adds some real intriguing brightness to the flat, muted tone underneath.
One might think that these green blanks are the same shade as some existing figures, most notably Medusa (both the post and pre-curse variety) but the color hues are just different enough to add some nice variety. They can exist alongside Medusa and still stand out on their own. With the Berzerker Gorgon on the way, and existing green Gorgons already relatively plentiful, the green blank adds some fantastic flexibility to existing parts and allows for some great mixing and matching for new color combinations.
Each blank comes with three heads, three sets of feet (boots, bare, and sandals), two sets of hands (one jointed forward/back, one jointed side-to-side) and the footpeg to help them stand. I could actually see someone producing a full line of just blanks, the fact that Vitruvian HACKS offers them as compliments to a full blown universe and toyline is absolutely amazing.

Hot on the heels of the New Jersey Collectors Con, ToyArk.com has posted one of their usual mind-blowing galleries of the upcoming Wave 5 Vitruvian HACKS action figures. These images make me ecstatic, and very impatient about the short wait before Wave 5 hits Boss Fight HQ.
But even more importantly, images of the cardbacks seem to hint at the line up for an upcoming SEVENTH wave of Vitruvian HACKS Greek Mythology series. Hell, they don’t hint at it, they pretty much outright lay it on the line.
Check out the fantastic images at ToyArk.com, and also take a peek specifically at the cardback image which gives us the following lowdown for Wave 7:
- Warrior Skeleton
- Myrmex Warrior
- Gorgon Horde Serpentress Order
- Helios Warrior
A quick look shows us that the Helios Warrior appears to be a male counterpart of the upcoming Eos Warrior from Wave 6. Also, the Myrmex Warriors are likely designed to be compliments to the Myrmidon Warriors, who all served Achilles. Myrmex is also Greek for “ant” and the rumors are that Achilles’ personal army was created from ants. It will be interesting to see how the deco’s develop. I can’t even fathom what the story is behind that bad ass looking Gorgon.
Always great to hear new things on the horizon for Vitruvian HACKS. Considering the long wait ahead for the fantasy line, it’s awesome that Boss Fight can keep new product in the pipeline fairly regularly.
If you like what you see from Wave 5, you can still pre-order it now!

This past weekend was the latest August show for the New Jersey Collectors Convention and as usual, Boss Fight Studio was in the house! They brought with them some exciting test shots of recently announced figures as well as some great surprises!
The primary surprises are what appears to be two new unannounced armor colors, a gunmetal gray and polished gold! These are amazing looking effects.
Along with that, physical test shots of Waves 5 and 6 were also in full view, although some finishing touches (like Phoenix style tampos on the EOS guard) are not quite in place. Also, a great promotional poster for their upcoming Graphic Novel Kickstarter adds some twists and turns to the Vitruvian HACKS story as well.
Some really awesome upcoming stuff on the way. Thanks to James from the Boss Fighters Facebook Group for snagging these images!
