News is starting to spread regarding potential G.I. Joe-related San Diego ComicCon exclusives. Officially announced today was a 12″ Baroness with Sienna Miller’s likeness in a striking COBRA-themed display box, as well as a 3 3/4″ Destro 2-Pack. Full details are as follows:

Just in time for the release of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, due out on August 7th from Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Entertainment, in association with Hasbro, Hasbro introduces the first and only 12” BARONESS figure. The figure, in the likeness of BARONESS actress Sienna Miller as seen in the upcoming movie, features a soft goods trench coat and body suit as well as multiple signature weapons. The figure comes with an R. Black designed “COBRA recruiting poster” featuring BARONESS and features the “COBRA Office of Propaganda” seal of approval. The figure and poster are packaged together in a premium faux-leather box with embossed foil.
G.I. JOE: THE RISE OF COBRA 3 ¾” DESTRO 2-Pack Special Edition Figures

Covertly retrieved from a G.I. JOE evidence storage facility and released by the “COBRA Office of Propaganda,” this special edition 3 ¾” DESTRO 2-Pack represents James “Destro” McCullen’s personal bound tome containing the history of the Clan McCullen. Opens to reveal two fully articulated 3 ¾” carded McCullen figures with masks and accessories as seen in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, as well as a timeline highlighting the weapons supplying escapades of each McCullen generation throughout history.

Along with the official Hasbro items, Sideshow Collectibles has also announced that they have seven upcoming SDCC exclusives, and that one of them is G.I. Joe related! They haven’t given out many details yet, so far only posting a vague silouette. Rumors are flying that COBRA Commander is in the shadows, but we’ll just have to stay tuned to Sideshow Collectibles to find out. Check out the silhouette below:
