OTHER SITE NEWS
—————

We’ve changed the navigation on our site in an effort to simply it as well
as lay groundwork for future expansion.  Access to all product offerings is
now available from the tree menu on the left-hand side bar on every page of
the site.  Click to break open the tree listing to see sub-categories.  Some
products offerings, such as GI JOE 3 3/4″ figures, have been split out onto
different pages to ease shopping and page loading times.

HOLIDAY NOTES
————-

Labor Day is coming up here in the U.S. on Monday, September 1st.  SMALLJOES
staff will be out of the office for a short vacation this Sunday – Wednesday.
Will we return to work on Thursday, September 4th.  All outstanding email
and orders will be processed at that time.

For those of you who received order shipping notices today (Aug 30th) we
apologize that we were unable to successfully drop those parcels off to
USPS, finding out quite by surprise that our local office has decided to
close early and send everyone home.  Your packages will be dropped off
with Thursday’s mail.  Again, we apologize for the delay but have no control
over these last-minute decisions by the local postmaster.

SHIPPING SERVICE NOTES
———————-

DHL has ended their @home service as of September 1st.  We were pleased with
the opportunity to offer this low-cost shipping service to you during the time
it was available.  We have temporarily substituted standard DHL ground
shipping services.  Later this month, we expect to replace that with UPS or
FedEx Ground after we negotiate competitive rates with the carriers.
