- The Python Patrol Copperhead, COBRA Officer and Tele-Viper/Trubble Bubble figures were part of the Target collectors’ event which were also available via pre-order through Hasbro Pulse
- With the inclusion of Copperhead, COBRA Officer and Tele-Viper, Hasbro has reproduced each vintage Python Patrol figure in the G.I. Joe: Classified line
- This version of the Python Patrol COBRA Officer was initially released as a COBRA Trooper in the vintage G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero line. Hasbro inadvertently mixed up the Officer and the Trooper when releasing these figures in the 1990s. They simply reproduced the COBRA Officer twice (with web gear and all) in the Classified line to get away from that confusion (while in turn, causing even more confusion!)
