IDW Solicitations for November, 2014

At least partly.

The majority of the images and details for November’s G.I. Joe releases has been revealed by IDW Publishing, though they didn’t post the retail cover for G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #208 and I don’t see anything for Transformers vs. G.I. Joe.

As for the rest of it, check out the list below… in spite of myself, I’m getting excited for the next new iteration of the main G.I. Joe title, and of course, Real American Hero continues to blow me away. Click the “Continue Reading” link to check out the full solicitation list.

IDW Publishing previews ashcan for G.I. Joe Season 4 #1

The next iteration of IDW Publishing’s main G.I. Joe title is set to launch again in September, promising a dramatic new look at the G.I. Joe universe. It’s a world where Cobra is seen as a legitimate security force and G.I. Joe has been drastically downsized.

Karen Traviss joins Steve Kurth on the reigns of G.I. Joe, and we get a glimpse at this new world that we’ll be seeing.

IDW has previewed the ashcan on their Facebook page, I’ve mirrored just a couple of the images below. Check out Facebook for the rest!

Three pages from upcoming Transformers vs. G.I. Joe #1 by IDW

Thanks to Entertainment News International for cluing us in to the fact that Apple’s iBook Store has posted a few pages from the upcoming first issue of Transformers vs. G.I. Joe by John Barber and Tom Scioli. I know it’s a style that isn’t for everyone, but I didn’t mind the #0 issue, and actually these three pages look pretty fun. I’m feeling some serious early Mike Vosberg vibes and that’s a fun thing.

Check out the three pages below.
