GeneralsJoes commenter and long time Joe web presence, M6D (known as such because of his awesome website, Magnum6Delta) has sent along some awesome pictures of a recent custom of a 25th Anniversary inspired Muskrat!
This figure looks great! It’s not a perfect 100% homage to the classic, but it’s good enough to work as part of the 25th Anniversary, or as a companion line. A really awesome piece, and not hard to do at all. Check out the images below!

It may not be a 100% version of the Classic Muskrat, but it’s good enough for me to like it far better than the original. I’d definitely accept it as part of the 25th line or a companion line…such as PoC…
Take this as a compliment, m6d (Todd, is it?), if this were an actual release to consumer for either of those lines, I’d buy it. I’d also buy that Repeater as well, especially if his flak jacket matched the rest of his uniform. Kudos on both Repeater and Muskrat.
(Do you mind of I ask how you painted the green camo so smooth looking? And which figures did you use for those two characters’ custom builds?)
I used Model Master #4734 Medium Green Acryl paint and a fine brush picked up from Hobby Lobby.
Muskrat was made from:
body: comic pack Gung-Ho (sanded off the chest tat)
head: Steeler
accessories: hat from Bench Press, vest from Pit Commando, and added the shot gun and knife from accessories I had in my weapons bin
Repeater was made from:
TRU 5-pack Footloose body, Zartan disguise head from the same pack, vest from a Pit Commando then painted, and the gun from the armor ROC Heavy Duty
Werecat on Joesightings first posted this design and I just followed by painting the vest to better match up with the original.
And the Walmart Night Force Shackwave got the comic pack Firefly vest to give him a darker urban camo look. I wasn’t fond of the green vest he originally came with.
