Considering they are apparently this far along in the production process, I would guess that chances of seeing Kwinn at some point in the future are probably pretty good. But if not, we can all live vicariously through Gary (who owns this piece) or Jay (who reviewed this piece).
I will try to set aside my raging jealousy for a moment and commend Jay for a fantastic review of this much anticipated figure. But even more importantly than that I can’t help but just marvel at the figure itself. So basic, yet so amazing. Evident now is that some of these parts were also used in the GIJCC Footloose figure, but seeing it all come together here on Kwinn is just a sight to behold. A figure that has been so desired for so long, and seeing it done this well. It is exceptionally painful to think this does not yet have a retail spot, yet also exhilarating to think it most likely will get some sort of release some time (hopefully) soon. I know I’ll be hassling Hasbro about this guy in New Orleans.
Check out the full review over at CardedHeroes.com and I’ve also mirrored a few images below.
And if you see Gary Godsoe at the Con, give him a nut kick and tell him to send the figure to me next time. Kay? Thanks.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I would love to do a review of this figure!!
OUCH! He gave out my FULL name and nut kicks! Such vengeance!
Well damn there are like 15 Gary’s out there, I have to make sure they’re nut-kicking the right guy.
Headsculpt looks different to what I remember seeing on the proto (which struck me as more comic-accurate), but still an awesome figure. Love the webgear.
I was thinking the same thing with regards to the head-sculpt. But, yes it does seem to still be a fantastic figure.
Cardedheroes blocked @ work! NOOOOOOO! They expect me to be working or something? lol
I’ve been waiting since 1983 for this figure. Remember when every other letter in POSTBOX: THE PIT had someone asking if we’d see a Kwinn figure? (And the answer invariably was “No”) The closest was that comic threepack a few years back, which scratched that itch… but not nearly as cool as this figure. WOW. Thanks for posting.
me likey
I’m not even a big Marvel fan, but I respect Kwinn. That figure is a thing of beauty.
Also, here’s to hoping they make an arctic variant to go with that very nice Snake Eyes.
Just a quick head swap on this custom I did a while back.
Kwinn is a very cool figure that is grade A nostalgia. I think his face is a bit thin though. His comic book self had a more round, full face.
ah you can say it…….fat. Quinn was fat.
I’d say bulky, rather than fat.
Looks like a great figure
Here’s a question, why do people equate a Hunting Rifle with scope= Sniper Rifle. Me, I see Kwinn as a great hunter and so he carries around a rifle for food
AWESOME! I’d like 2, one as Kwinn, and one for a head swap to make Jope Colton as he appears in the Sigma scale Adventure Team booklet!
Bollocks, I wrote Jope instead of Joe… Skills!
