I believe the headsculpt is the one from Liu-Kang from the Mortal Kombat Hasbro line from 94. Is pretty much the same. I think that’s my beef with the figure itself. It reminds me to much of Liu-Kang.
Justin, Dr. Venoms head is from Lu Kang (sp) from the Mortal Combat line.

The head on Dr.Venom looks to be from Liu Kang from Hasbro’s Mortal Kombat line,
with brown hair instead of black and the neckball removed.
I’d recognize that strand of hair on his forehead anywhere.
Head might be Liu Kang from Mortal Kombat.
