- Doc has a customizable vest with a port for swapping out pouches
- Doc’s included stretcher has a hinge to fold it and will store on his back
- Doc features another new box style which, according to Hasbro, provides a better unboxing experience with the windows showcasing the figure. The artwork is on the sides, but no longer on the front of the package
