- This wave of figures is for general retail release and includes Ripper, General Hawk, Agent Helix, Shockwave and Buzzer
- Several figures from this wave were released early to certain online retailers. Ripper, so far, is the last figure to be released (as of November, 2023)
- Easter Eggs on General Hawk’s package include a stylized version of the G.I. Joe headquarters, COBRA Stun vehicles, Sgt. Slaughter’s Triple-T, and an image of someone on a jetpack who bears a striking resemblance to General Hawk’s 1991 version of his Real American Hero vintage figure
