- Both the Crimson Guard and Snake Eyes were made available for pre-order during the Wal-Mart Collectors Con in October, 2022
- Although the previous version of Commando Snake Eyes (with Timber) leaned into his military roots, Hasbro utilized the Stalker tooling and web belt to create a figure very evocative of the 1982/83 original
- Several new parts were developed for this figure including his satchel and grenades
- The retro Crimson Guard and Snake Eyes saw some very limited release in Europe in late 2022, though it’s expected that wider distribution will occur in early 2023
