- Night Force Lt. Falcon and Quarrel were first revealed shortly before the Wal-Mart Collector Con on July 25th, 2024. They became available for pre-order on that date on both Walmart.com and Hasbro Pulse
- Both figures feature brand new head sculpts which is a departure for typical store exclusives. Lt. Falcon’s new head sculpt is the most notable since his mass retail release is widely regarded as one of the worst face sculpts in the line.
- The inclusion of Quarrel is a much appreciated homage to the Action Force Z-Force repaint of Scarlett from the 1980s. Palitoy infamously repainted several core G.I. Joe characters and released them as different operatives in Europe.
- Quarrel and Glenda are two of the first International exclusive releases in G.I. Joe: Classified, both of them sharing the Retro Scarlett’s tooling.
- Photographs of the set feature these two facing off against zombified Mole Rats, continuing the storyline that seems to weave the Wal-Mart exclusives together
