- The Tiger Force Tiger Paw was revealed very shortly after the COBRA Ferret, the quickest turnaround time between initial release and repaint in the Classified line thus far
- The character of Wreckage first appeared in the G.I. Joe vs. COBRA series in a Toys “R” Us exclusive boxed set. The character is based on a never-released Tiger Force repaint of Firefly known as “Sabretooth” shown in a sales catalog in the late 80s.
- Due to trademark issues, one would imagine the name Sabretooth was not able to be used in 2002 when the character of “Wreckage” was established
- The Tiger Paw and Wreckage were part of a Target Haulathon event in April, 2024.
- This item is technically a Target exclusive, though was available in limited quantities via Hasbro Pulse as well
