- Released as part of a second wave of Target exclusive figures alongside Breaker with RAM Cycle and Barbecue. Initially Major Bludd was released in very small quantities, which drove his secondary market price up, though Hasbro and Target made efforts to rectify that with additional stock being offered later. Over time, the Target exclusives have become somewhat easier to acquire.
