As I've mentioned throughout the reviews, for the most part, the larger vehicles are more successful, although some of the small ones have their own appeal as well. The Pursuit Jet is just so silly that it's almost neat. It's a small mini-jet type vehicle, and seems to be the C.O.P.S. answer to the Jailbird Airspeeder, but it's much more plane-formatted. It's a pretty small vehicle, kind of a kayak with wings, and pretty small wings at that. Still, the wings have a neat angular shape, and the front of the plane is nicely sloped into a rounded point. In general, it kind of has a fighter jet shape, but in a much smaller size.

There are some engine compartments on each wing and the ubiquitous spoiler on the back for wind deflection as you fly through the air. The cockpit is open, perched just behind an oversized cannon which also looks like it doubles as controls for the plane itself. While there probably wasn't a whole lot of "real world" thought put into this mini-jet, it still has some fun design and play features, even if it is wholly unrealistic. And of course, you have the siren on the back of the plane, and I always love that.

The colors are also pretty straight forward...it's got a generic white body and wings, with a nice dark blue front-mounted machine gun and blue spoiler. Blue and white are pretty universal police-themed colors, so they work here, and still manage to keep the pursuit jet looking nicely different compared to others that the C.O.P.S. pilot around. However, it does bear a passing resemblance, color-wise, to the Air Raid helicopter, which is neat to kind of draw them both into the same air group. The stickers help bring some life into the small, substance-less mini-jet adding some cool racing stripes and logos aplenty.

Ultimately the Pursuit Jet is kind of a silly little vehicle, but at it's smaller size, it is actually pretty "playable". The figure slides in and out of the cockpit pretty easily, and there is a nice, solid weapon to use, but if you're looking for something with "backbone" this probably isn't it. It's not one of my favorite vehicles, and can be somewhat hard to find on eBay, but if you do, it can be a pretty cheap price, and may be worth dropping a couple of bucks on.
