Apparently Big Boss and the Crooks have an affinity for modern drag-racing street cars done up in a classic old time feel, because the Dragster is essentially the same type of vehicle as the Roadster, only shrunk down some, and it would appear at first glance designed even more for speed and less for power.

The Dragster is a whole lot smaller than the Roadster, and there's ultimately a lot less to it. It's basically just what it says, a drag racer shrunk down, with a larger-than-life engine block and not much else to it. The very first thing you'll notice about this little car is the front grille, which (like the Roadster) appears almost peeled from the history books, and it's kind of a neat little homage to old school cars. With an overall sleek, low to the ground profile, the Dragster is obviously meant to move and move fast, and sacrifices some stopping power for speed. There isn't much here for weapons beyond a set of front guns and double "bashers" (that are also the cap-firing devices). What the heck this thing is going to "bash" travelling at 100 miles per hour, I do not know, but apparently they are there just in case they're needed. The rollcage and wind deflector are all present as well, which add some neat little style points, but not much purpose. I do kind of like the joystick-like control mechanism, instead of the traditional steering wheel...but again, those are mostly just style points, nothing really significant.

There are some running boards on this little car as well that allow other Crooks to ride along, but the car is so small, it looks almost clownish with the large figures all on top of it, and those front guns do not look like they're designed to be operated by the guys riding shotgun.

The colors of this thing are at least more appealing than the Roadster, with a pretty nice dark purple/blue and cool contrasting yellow. Bright and exciting, these two colors kind of bring a substandard little speedcar to life a little bit, although not enough to life to really warrant much attention.

The Dragster is pretty much a junior rendition of the Roadster, and while it's a unique little piece with some interesting tidbits to it, ultimately, it's got nothing that the Roadster doesn't, and the Roadster has plenty to offer that the Dragster falls short on.

One of the later vehicles, the Dragster can be a little tough to track down sometimes, but rest assured if you find one, it will be reasonably priced (usually). Not much demand for these bad boys, and honestly, it doesn't really deserve much. I still like it, just because I've got a soft spot for pretty much all of the C.O.P.S. and their gear, but when it comes right down to it, there isn't a whole lot of merit to be given in this little dragster.
