As with every action figure line, there are always items that just didn't make the cut. For the C.O.P.S., however, there was an especially notorious "Series 3" of figures that had prototypes made and sales books created, but unfortunately never saw the light of day.

Series 3 would have introduced "The Pranksters", who were clown-themed enemies of the C.O.P.S., obviously patterned somewhat after Hyena. The C.O.P.S. also got some nice additions to their ranks with a federal agent named G-Man, a precinct Sargeant named Sgt. Stone, and even some robotic back up in the form of the "Clanker Droid".

We have been able to score very large, high detailed scans of this sales book, with big thanks to Patrick "Notpicard" Stewart, who was very kind enough to supply them. Without further adeu:
