Name: Tina "Mainframe" Cassidy

History: Tina Cassidy is a rookie for Empire City PD and along with Donny "Hardtop" Brooks are the two junior members of the C.O.P.S. team. Officer Cassidy's knowledge, though, far outweighs her experience level, and her amazing expertise with computer technology as consistently proven to be a viable asset to the force. She is proficient with computers like no other and her assistance helped thwart one of Big Boss's most notorious schemes, thus B.P. Vess proudly invited her to be a full time member of the C.O.P.S.

Distinguishing Features: Mainframe's age betrays her experience, and she is intelligent far beyond her years. Still, her young girl appearence is pretty out of the ordinary for such an elite group. She can always be found in front of a computer terminal with her baseball cap on, either preparing for, or solving the Crooks' latest caper.
