Name: David "Highway" Harlson

History: Officer Harlson served on the California Highway Patrol for many, many years, and quickly racked up an impressive list of arrests. His skills on the motorcycle are almost unmatched, and whether he's on the seat of the Bluestreak, or using his personal air scooter, Highway is a hard man to outrun. His motorcycle skills are what caught the attention of the C.O.P.S. team, and he was recruited on the spot. Highway has quickly become an invaluable member of the Central Organization of Police Specialists.

Distinguishing Features: Highway loves the open road and can often be seen riding his bike whether on or off duty. He also finds the rookie Mainframe very interesting and can often be found trying to find a way to become better acquainted with her, or most other women in the precinct, for that matter.
