Name: Hugh "Bullseye" Forward

History: Bullseye was an all-star helicopter pilot and police officer with the Miami police department and helped collar more than his share of criminals using his skills behind the joystick of the Air Raid helicopter. His amazing expertise in flight helped him round up a laundry list of drug dealers, illegal arms transporters and other assorted unpleasentries. His impressive arrest record and amazing skills with anything flying immediately got the attention of the C.O.P.S. team.

Distinguishing Features: Bullseye is often seen wearing his blue flightsuit with built-in jetpack. He is infinitely more comfortable in the air than he is on the ground, so even when he's not in his Air Raid, he is quite often heading towards it, or planning his next flight.
