Name: Brandon "Big Boss" Babel

History: Big Boss' history in Empire City is a long and storied one, which has grown in legend more than in fact. Suffice it to say, he is one of the most powerful men in Empire City and the underworld leader of a vast majority of the criminals that pass through Empire City's streets. His finger is on the pulse of the city's backstreets and alleyways, and nothing happens in the criminal world without his knowledge and without his say-so.

Distinguishing Features: Big Boss is a very large man, but is incredibly fast and agile for a man of his stature. He wears a large white suit with buttons fashioned from the badges of those who dared challenge him. He is quite often followed by his trusty assistant Squeaky Clean and always carries his weasel. He has a cybernetic left hand that he is not at all afraid to use for his personal gain.
