History: A calm, cool, and collected individual from the Detroit Metropolis Police Department whose calming and non-violent demeanor is perfect for his specialty of "Crowd Control". Was instrumental in defending against the infamous "Detroit Riots" and would rather talk out differences than resort to violence.

Distinguishing Features: Dark blue padded riot suit, often carries his tradmark "Mule", a mechanized instrument used for non-lethal riot defense and knocking down doors. Can often be seen tooling around with Mace.
